Series F400

Vertical machining centre HYUNDAI WIA F400 (travels: 31" on Х-axis, 18,5" on Y-axis, and 20,5" on Z-axis) uses linear sliders with angle contact and high-precision spindle with high cutting force, which enables the minimum bending deflection and allows these machines reach high precision and high stiffness.

Horizontal machining centre

Series HS4000

Horizontal machining centre HYUNDAI WIA HS4000 (400 mm long palette for details) has got a T-type universal structural bed with the sufficient height of the bed and thickness of the casting in order to provide the optimum stiffness level. The structure of the pillar with double walls aids to avoid the heat conductance, providing excellent cutting capacity and cutting precision.

Series E160A

HYUNDAI WIA E160 is a compact CNC turning machine, which is built on the stiff one-piece casting inclined at an angle of 45 degrees, enabling a stable platform of small size for processing details with high capacity.

Vertical turning machine

HYUNDAI WIA offers a wide range of vertical turning machines and vertical turning centres. Our product range includes small, medium-size, and large vertical CNC turning centres of turret type, which is located on the right hand or on the left hand. For large details with small area of base, HYUNDAI WIA also offers a vertical turning machine with a trailing wheel. Series LV1100

Vertical turning machine HYUNDAI WIA LV1100 CNC is equipped with a stiff and stable platform and is featured by its high cutting capacity. The construction of its mobile pillar provides the excellent stability when machining large cylindrical details.

Series EVL16

Properties:
• All structural details, such as palette, work table, pillars and basement are made of high-quality cast iron, which is able to tolerate tensions without deformations year on year.
• Large box sliders on X- and Z-axis provide the perfect stability.
• All structural details are ribbed in order to increase the structural strength and stiffness.
• Floor-based ATC system.
• Turning the work table is transmitted via reduction gearbox, which enables high/low speed intervals.
• Sideway wheel track of square slider belong to the double-row type; this provides the positioning system stability for the square slider.
• The central pillar is supported against the axial load (weight of the machined detail and the reactive cutting force), by a support roller bearing, which is installed at the outer edge of the lathe table, and the radial force is opposed by a conical roller bearing. The roller bearing of work table 590X710X65 tolerates weight of the machined detail and the work table itself, as well as the forward cutting force. Bearings of the work table 32236 P5 rotate the work table and let it tolerate the reactive cutting force.

Characteristics:
• The milling spindle is rotated by a spindle engine by FANUC, and the motion force is transmitted onto the spindle vie a powerful reduction gearbox.
• C-axis is moved by the servo-motor combined with two screw-gears in order to enable the smooth rotation and to minimise the pitch play. C-axis is equipped with a digital rotation sensor, which provides the positioning precision.
• Slider and mounting system BT-50: the main type is a four-sided slider 240х240 mm. It provides the maximum stability when cutting at high performance.

Series L150Y

Multi-purpose turning centre HYUNDAI WIA L150Y/SY has got Y-axis of the square type, which enables the very high precision, as it avoids the necessity for interpolating X-axis and "virtual" Y-axis. The square type construction enablers machining the details with a spindle shift off the central line.
